One role, and an honest one.
This page used to say we're not hiring, and we meant it. What changed: the product is live, clinics are talking to us, and there's more real work than hands. So, one founding role, described the way we'd want it described to us.
Founding Engineer · Part-time · Remote (US) · Equity, no salary until revenue
gBell is the AI operations layer for medical practices. The product answers a clinic's phone, books appointments into real availability mid-call, runs reminders and rebooking, and covers after hours in English and Spanish. Next up is insurance eligibility inside the booking call. The stack is TypeScript, React, Vapi, and healthcare rails like 270/271 eligibility.
The honest part, out loud: there's no salary until there's revenue. Compensation is equity with standard vesting, put in writing before you start. You'd work directly with the builder, with founding-stage ownership of a shipped product in a market with money in it.
Right for you if that trade excites you. Wrong for you if you need cash comp now, which is a completely fair thing to need.
